after requesting to speak to a manager i waited for 10 minuets i did not meet the manager but was told to take a room on the 2nd floor denying me the very much room view experience that brought me to this location. After the hotel gave away the room i requested on line i was told i had no other option but to take a smoking room on the 18th floor. Even after being told that the rooms where filthy i wanted to judge this on my own.
